THE NO DRESS
In 2026, Tanqueray launched its biggest campaign ever inspired by Charles Tanqueray: the brand's creator who rejected more than 300 recipes before arriving at the final formula of his gin. The campaign was a tribute to the NO’s that drive us forward and to bring the idea to life, we partnered with a global ambassador who embodied that spirit: Sarah Jessica Parker.
To truly infiltrate Brazilian culture - a key market - we brought Sarah to the biggest party on Earth: the Rio de Janeiro Carnival. But, let’s be honest: taking a celebrity to an event is not exactly a story. So instead of simply dressing her for the night…we turned the dress into the story.
We invited renowned Brazilian designer Isabela Capeto to create “The No Dress”: a one-of-a-kind haute couture piece. A luxury item handcrafted with dozens of NO’s that shaped Sarah's life, bringing the concept of the campaign to life. We revealed it at one of Rio’s most iconic Carnival parties, The Arara Balls, where it instantly became the center of attention.
By inserting the campaign message onto a dress, we turned every photo of SJP into an ad. During an event known for its extravagant outfits, “The No Dress” stood out, becoming the most talked-about subject of the Carnival for several days.
